وی گفت :سازمان بازرسی كل كشور در خصوص متهم اصلی پرونده 3 هزار میلیارد تومانی دو بار به بانك مركزی گزارش داد و اعلام كرد كه فعالیت‌های این فرد مشكل دارد و باید درباره عملكرد او دقت شود.

پورمحمدی با بیان این‌كه 'وظیفه سازمان بازرسی نظارت كلان است'،تصریح كرد: سازمان بازرسی كل كشور وظیفه دارد بعد از بازرسی‌ها اشكالات سیستمی دستگاه مربوطه را تذكر دهد. در این میان اگر به یك تخلف موضوعی نیز برخورد شد رسیدگی می‌شود.

وی ادامه داد: بانكداری اسلام را می‌توان از دو منظر پیگیری كرد. فقها و اقتصاددان‌ها یكسری قواعد دینی برای بانك‌ها نگارش كردند كه اگر اجرا شود ضوابط دینی نیز رعایت می‌شود. اشكال این است كه بانك‌ها طبق آن ضوابط عمل نمی‌كنند.

پورمحمدی در پاسخ به سوالی در خصوص نقش دولت در فساد بانكی سه هزار میلیاردی گفت: ما یك اشكال اساسی داریم و ربطی به این فساد ندارد. ما می‌گوییم نظام اداری باید شفاف، دقیق و نظام‌مند باشد و اگر قانون رعایت نشود ممكن است تخلف صورت بگیرد. حرف سازمان بازرسی كل كشور این است كه باید قانون رعایت شود.

وی با بیان اینكه وزارت علوم هم قول داد این كار را انجام دهد ولی هنوز انجام نداد،‌گفت: ما نمی‌توانیم دنبال مدارك تك تك آقایان برویم. البته اگر كسی مدعی شود كه فردی با یك مدرك ناقص پست و جایگاه اخذ كرده است سازمان بازرسی كل كشور رسیدگی می‌كند.

اصغر فرهادی، کارگردان صاحب نام ایرانی که فیلم جدایی نادر از سیمین وی به تازگی جایزه اسکار را از آن خود کرده، پس از اظهارات مسئولین مازندران درباره خروج اجباری و قطعی افغان ها از مازندران از تیرماه سال جاری، برنامه ای ترتیب داده تا اواخر اردیبهشت ماه در جلسه ای بعد از نمایش فیلم آخرش، با افغان ها و ایرانی ها به گفت و گو بنشیند.

آقای فرهادی از شیوه برخورد برخی مسئولان با مهاجران افغان انتقاد کرد و گفت:" چنین رفتارهای ناشایستی با مهاجران در ایران برای کشوری که خود یکی از بالاترین آمار مهاجران را در کشورهای دیگر جهان دارد، تلخ است."

در سالهای اخیر دولت ایران بارها از افغانستان خواسته است زمینه را برای بازگشت مهاجران افغان به کشورشان فراهم کند

مانی حقیقی، سینماگر ایرانی هم در واکنش به این رفتار اعلام کرد که قصد دارد مستند "مهرجویی کارنامه‌ چهل ساله" را در حمایت افغان‌های مقیم ایران در مازندران به نمایش بگذارد.

به گزارش منابع خبری ایران قرار بر این است که تعدادی از عوامل فیلم‌های آقای مهرجویی از جمله لیلا حاتمی، نیکی کریمی و علی مصفا در این نمایش‌ها، مانی حقیقی را همراهی کنند. آقای حقیقی گفته است تعدادی دیگر از عوامل فیلم‌های آقای مهرجویی و برخی هنرمندان دیگر نیز قرار است به این جمع بپیوندند.

'مازندران توانایی جذب نیروی اضافی ندارد'

در همین حال ابوالفضل ظهره وند، سفیر تازه ایران در کابل با حمایت از موضع مسولان در موضوع منع افغان ها از حضور در مازندران در یک کنفرانس خبری در کابل گفت در استان های شمالی ایران به دلیل جمعیت زیاد توانایی جذب نیروی اضافی وجود ندارد و این حضور مشکل ایجاد می کند.

آقای ظهره وند درباره جزییات این "مشکل" و اینکه چرا اساسا افراد دارای این ملیت خاص از حضور در این استان که "توانایی جذب نیروی اضافی ندارد" منع شده اند، توضیحی نداد اما گفت: در ایران اتفاقات بسیار ناهنجاری رخ داد که اگر در رسانه ها منتشر می شد شاید موج بدی علیه مهاجران افغان ها ایجاد می شد.

سال های همدلی و همزبانی

مهاجرت افغانها به ایران، به دنبال، قدرت گرفتن حزب دموکراتیک خلق افغانستان و روی کار آمدن یک رژیم کمونیستی طرفدار شوروی در سال ۱۳۵۷ خورشیدی، روند صعودی به خود گرفت و ادامه جنگ در آن کشور سبب شد حدود سه میلیون مهاجر، حدود سه دهه در ایران زندگی کنند.

گرچه بخش اعظم این جمعیت سه میلیونی، به کار در کارخانه های، سنگبری، ساختمان سازی، کشاورزی و دامداری مشغول شدند. اما از این میان عده ای هم، راه خود را به مجامع فرهنگی ایران باز کردند و آرام آرام آفرینش های ادبی و محصولات فرهنگی خود را وارد جامعه فرهنگی ایران کردند.

فصلنامه ادبی- فرهنگی " در دری"، که چند شماره اولش را با نام " خط سوم" در مشهد منتشر شد، به اعتقاد بسیاری از صاحب نظران مسائل فرهنگی در افغانستان، یکی از بهترین نشریات ادبی در تاریخ این کشور به حساب می آید. این فصلنامه تا همین سال های اخیر در مشهد چاپ و به افغانستان ارسال می شد.

در سالهای مهاجرت، عده ای از افغانها راه خود را به مجامع فرهنگی ایران باز کردند و آرام آرام آفرینش های ادبی و محصولات فرهنگی خود را وارد جامعه فرهنگی ایران کردند

دو هفته نامه ادبی گلبانگ که محمد شریف سعیدی آن را درمشهد منتشر می کرد هم در محافل فرهنگی جای خود را باز کرده بود.

فرخار، فصلنامه ادبی چاپ تهران، هفته نامه علمی _ فرهنگی پوهنتون چاپ تهران، نشریه فرهنگی- ادبی بامیان، چاپ قم و مجله تحلیلی، فرهنگی سراج که سالهای زیادی در قم منتشر می شد، مثال های دیگری هستند برای تاثیر فرهنگی اهالی این دو سرزمین بر روی هم.

زبان و فرهنگ مشترک، سبب شد که مهاجران افغان، به سادگی بتوانند، وارد فضای فرهنگی ایران شوند و دید، دریافت و تجربه های به نسبت متفاوتی را وارد دنیای ادبی و فرهنگی ایران کنند.

این هم جنسی و نزدیکی تا بدانجا پیش رفت که در بسیاری موارد، آثار و آفریده های مهاجران افغان، توانست در رقابت با آثار و آفرینش های ایرانیان، برنده جوایز ادبی و فرهنگی شود.

به عنوان مثال ضیا قاسمی در در سال ۱۳۷۱ در مسابقات شعر دانشجویان، در ایران اول شد.

در سالهای ۱۳۷۳ و ۱۳۷۴ رضا محمدی این جایزه را از آن خود کرد.

علی پیام، با نوشتن داستان قطعه ای از بهشت و همچنین عتیق رحیمی با داستان خاکستر و خاک، جایزه ادبی یلدا را بردند.

بعدها که عتیق رحیمی فیلم خاک و خاکستر را ساخت، فیلم اش نیز جایزه بهترین فیلم آسیا در جشنواره فیلم فجر شد.

آصف سلطانزاده نخستین جایزه ادبی -داستانی، گلشیری را برای داستان در گریز گم می شویم، گرفت و بعد از آن انجیر های سرخ مزار نوشته حسین محمدی این جایزه را برد.

الیاس علوی جایزه شبهای شهریور را گرفت. این جایزه را قبل از آن رضا محمدی گرفته بود.

این دو فرهنگ چنان با هم در آمیخته اند که افغان ها با تمام حواشی شان وارد سینمای ایران هم شده اند، سینما مردمی ترین شاخه هنر است که برخلاف شعر و داستان که مخاطب عام ندارد می تواند مخاطب عام داشته باشد.

آقای فرهادی که امروز دیگر خیلی ها در سرتاسر دنیا نامش را به خاطر فیلم خوش ساختش جدایی نادر از سیمن می شناسند، یک مجموعه تلویزیونی پر مخاطب هم برای تلویزیون ایران ساخته بود با نام داستان یک شهر، آقای فرهادی در چند قسمت از این مجموعه به موضوع مهاجران افغان پرداخته است.

از جمله فیلم های شاخص سینمای ایران که حضور افغان ها را در آنها پررنگ است ، می توان به طعم گیلاس به کارگردانی عباس کیارستمی، بایسیکل ران و سفرقندهار، به کارگردانی محسن مخملباف، روبان قرمز به کارگردانی ابراهیم حاتمی کیا، باران به کارگردانی مجید مجیدی و فیلمهای دیگری چون عروس افغان، جمعه و دختران خورشید اشاره کرد.

حمید بقایی در این جلسه گفت: منابع گازی كیش از سرمایه های ملی كشور است و بهره برداری از آن، راه توسعه كشور را هموارتر خواهد كرد و به همین منظور سازمان منطقه آزاد كیش امادگی كامل خود را برای همكاری با وزارت نفت در این زمینه اعلام می دارد.

وی با اشاره به اهمیت حفظ محیط زیست در این منطقه گردشگری، بر رعایت حفظ مسائل زیست محیطی تاكید كرد و افزود: در این نشست تاكید می كنم كه سایر موارد اعم از پالایش، صادرات و تاسیسات تكمیلی در این منطقه ایجاد نخواهد شد.
