در تبصره 2 نیز آمده است: با تصویب نهایی قانون بودجه سال 91 دولت موظف است به نحو مقتضی اعمال حساب براساس آن را از اول فروردین 91 اقدام كند.

یك فوریت این طرح در حالی در مجلس تصویب شد كه به گفته محمد رضا باهنر رییس جلسه ، بسیاری از نمایندگان رای ندادند.

وی خطاب به این نمایندگان گفت: اینگونه نمی شود ما باید مجوزی به دولت بدهیم كه به رغم تخلفاتی كه انجام داده بتواند دو ماه اول سال كشور را اداره كند.

پس از این اظهارات باهنر مجلس یك فوریت این طرح به رای گذاشته شد و نمایندگان با 121 رای موافق، 28 رای مخالف و 9 رای ممتنع از مجموع 196 نماینده حاضر با یك فوریت این طرح موافقت كردند.

باهنر پس از رای گیری گفت: اگر بنا به اصلاح دستور هفتگی است مسوولان این كار را انجام دهند تا هر چه سریع تر این طرح در دستور كار مجلس قرار گیرد.

به گزارش خبرنگار باشگاه خبری فارس «توانا»،‌ دومین هم‌اندیشی «اندیشه‌ورزان جهادی» سراسر کشور صبح امروز با برپایی مراسمی در قلعه گنج استان کرمان به پایان رسید.

وزیر خارجه دولت آقای احمدی نژاد گفته اگر تركیه عضو اتحادیه اروپا شود ایران یكی از همسایگان عمده اروپا خواهد بود

وزیر خارجه ایران می گوید که روابط ایران و اروپا که بر سر برنامه هسته ای جمهوری اسلامی ایران با تنش روبرو شده به نقطه اولیه خود بازخواهد گشت.

این در حالی است که اتحادیه اروپا چندی پیش اعلام کرد که خرید نفت را از ایران تحریم می کند و دولت ایران هم برای پیشدستی در این زمینه، گفت که فروش نفت به شرکت های فرانسوی و انگلیسی را متوقف کرده است.

به گزارش ایرنا، علی اکبر صالحی وزیر امور خارجه ایران با ذکر اینکه "روابط ایران و اروپا نمی تواند برای مدتی طولانی دچار وقفه شود" گفت: "مطمئن هستم این روابط بار دیگر به جایگاه اولیه خود بازخواهد گشت."

آقای صالحی تاکید کرد: "نه کشورهای اروپایی می توانند از ایران بی نیاز باشند و نه ایران با توجه به روابط دیرینه خود می تواند خود را بی نیاز از اروپا بداند زیرا که ما مکمل یکدیگر هستیم."

منصور فرهنگ، نخستین نماینده جمهوری اسلامی ایران در سازمان ملل با تایید نیاز کشورها به همکاری با یکدیگر معتقد است که مساله اروپایی ها با ایران نمی تواند بدون توجه به روابط متشنج ایران و ایالات متحده آمریکا بررسی شود.

به گفته آقای فرهنگ اروپایی ها در تحت هیچ شرایطی حاضر نخواهند بود که وزنه رابطه با ایران را به روابطشان با آمریکا ترجیح دهند.

آقای فرهنگ معتقد است "اگر مقامات ایران در این فکرند که با شکاف انداختن بین اروپا و آمریکا می توانند رابطه خود را با اروپا بهبود ببخشند، مرتکب اشتباه شده اند".

روابط ایران و کشورهای اروپایی از مدت ها پیش بر سر برنامه هسته ای ایران رو به تیرگی گذاشته و اتحادیه اروپا تحریم های متعددی را علیه نهادها و مسئولان ایرانی وضع کرده است.

آلمان که زمانی بزرگترین شریک تجاری ایران در اروپا محسوب می شد، اکنون به یکی از فعال ترین کشورها در مذاکرات بر سر برنامه هسته ای ایران تبدیل شده است.

با وجودی که آلمان فاقد کرسی دائم در شورای امنیت است، بخاطر اهمیت سطح روابطش با ایران در مذاکرات حاضر شده و همین حضور باعث شد که نام گروه مذاکره کننده به ۱+۵ (پنج عضو دائمی شورای امنیت به اضافه آلمان) معروف شود.

کشورهای عضو این اتحادیه در ژانویه گذشته تحریم های جدیدی را علیه تهران تصویب کرده اند که شامل ممنوعیت خرید نفت ایران از اول ژانویه ۲۰۱۲ می شود.

به گزارش روز سه شنبه ایرنا به نقل از شبكه اطلاع رسانی تولید و تجارت ایران (شاتا)، 'مهدی غضنفری' در جلسه شورای سیاست گذاری خودرو با حضور تعدادی از معاونان این وزارتخانه ، خودرو سازان و قطعه سازان عنوان كرد: خودرو یكی از مهمترین صنایع جهان و معیارهای توسعه صنعتی هر كشوری محسوب می شود وارتقا آن نیز در ایران به طور جدی مورد توجه است .

وی با بیان اینكه پی ریزی استراتژی مناسب موجب ارتقای كیفی و كمی صنعت خودرو می شود ، تصریح كرد: درآمد زایی ، اشتغالزایی و توسعه سایر بخش های صنعتی از جمله آثار تبیین درست استراتژی خودرو است .

غضنفری همچنین ابتكار، خلاقیت ، نوآوری را برای خودرو سازان مورد تاكید قرار داد و گفت : سازمان حمایت مصرف كنندگان و تولید كنندگان نیز باید وظایف خود را در خصوص بازار خودرو انجام دهد .

معاون امور صنایع و اقتصادی وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت همچنین در حاشیه برگزاری شورای سیاستگذاری خودرو در گفت وگو با شاتا ، آخرین تصمیمات و مصوبات این جلسه را اعلام كرد .

'محسن صالحی نیا ' گفت: بحث و بررسی در زمینه شیوه نامه نحوه تعیین قیمت گذاری انواع خودرو به تفكیك انواع خودرو های 'سبك تخصصی 'و ' تجاری و سنگین ' از جمله موضوعات مطرح شده در شورا بود.

وی افزود: در این زمینه نظرات اعضا جلسه مطرح شد و مقرر گردید طی برگزاری كارگروه تخصصی تنظیم بازار و زیر مجموعه شورای سیاست گذاری خودرو ، موضوعات بررسی و توافقات لازم با اكثریت اعضا ابلاغ گردد .

این مقام مسئول گفت :دراین نشست همچنین گزارشی از وضعیت تولید، تامین ، عرضه و بیان برخی مشكلات مبتلا به توسط شركت های خودرو ساز ارایه شد كه با توجه به آن برادامه سیاست های مرتبط با ارتقاء سطوح كیفی و خدمات پس از فروش مطابق با آخرین مصوبات تاكید شد.

صالحی نیا تصریح كرد: بكارگیری توان قطعه سازان و مجموعه سازان داخلی از دیگر محورهای مورد توافق این جلسه بود و مقرر گردید به صورت ادواری و در فاصله های كوتاه مدت از طرف معاونت امور صنایع و اقتصادی روند ، مورد پایش قرار گرفته و گزارشات آن به جلسات بعدی شورا ارایه گردد.

به گزارش خبرنگار ایرنا، 'علی لاریجانی' شامگاه روز سه شنبه درجمع خبرنگاران در فرودگاه مهراباد گفت: تعداد زیادی از نمایندگان كشورهای مختلف اسلامی در اجلاس اندونزی شركت كرده بودند و در باره چند موضوع حساس از جمله مسئله فلسطین و رژیم صهیونیستی و نیز تجاوزات مستمر این رژیم به بحث و تبادل نظر پرداختند.

وی با اشاره به اینكه نمایندگان این اجلاس در برابر پیشنهادات جمهوری اسلامی ایران مواضع درستی گرفتند، گفت: جمهوری اسلامی ایران در این اجلاس به عضویت در كمیته های اجرایی، سیاسی و فرهنگی در آمد.

لاریجانی افزود: اعضای مجمع عمومی اتحادیه بین المجالس همچنین دررابطه با مسئله سوریه مواضع واقع بنیانه تری گرفتند، از این جهت اجلاس نسبت به اجلاس پیشین خوب بود.

رئیس مجلس شورای اسلامی اضافه كرد: از جمله مسئله ای كه مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفت مسائله صلح امیز هسته ای و داشتن چرخه سوخت هسته ای بود، كه از سوی نمایندگان ایران مطرح شد.

وی با اشاره به اینكه مسئله جهان اسلام در مجمع عمومی اتحادیه بین المجالس از سوی رسانه ها پوشش خوبی داشته است، گفت: خبر خروج امریكایی ها از عراق موجب شادی و شعف اعضای اجلاس گردید.

رئیس مجلس شورای اسلامی افزود: مذاكرات خوبی با دیگر نمایندگان مجالس كشورهای مختلف از جمله تركیه داشتیم و مسائل دو جانبه را مورد بحث و بررسی قرار دادیم.

لاریجانی با براورد اینكه وحدت بین كشورهای اسلامی با این مجامع بیشتر خواهد شد، خاطرنشان ساخت: اكنون دنیای اسلام نیازمند یك مسئله وحدت آمیز است ودین اسلام مبین این مسئله است.

رئیس مجلس شورای اسلامی در پایان، هفتمین اجلاس مجمع عمومی اتحادیه بین المجالس كشورهای اسلامی را روی هم رفته نسبت به كنفرانس های دیگر مفیدتر دانست.

هیات پارلمانی ایران كه لاریجانی ریاست آن را برعهده داشت در بدو ورود به تهران، مورد استقبال 'محمدرضا باهنر' نایب رییس مجلس شورای اسلامی و 'كاظم جلالی' سخنگوی كمیسیون سیاست خارجی و امنیت ملی قرار گرفت.
